Dublin voted friendliest city in Europe |
|
Dublin has been named the friendliest city in Europe for the second consecutive year,
in a survey of travellers’ perceptions of European cities by TripAdvisor, the world’s most
popular and largest travel community. Meanwhile the least friendly city is Paris,
revealed the survey of 2376 European travellers.
“Dublin’s well worth a visit – the locals were so warm and friendly and made me so welcome,”
wrote one TripAdvisor reviewer.
Luke Fredberg, TripAdvisor spokeman, says, “Europe’s capital cities all have their highs and
lows. The warm welcome that travellers receive in Dublin makes the city a great choice for
holiday-makers seeking both fantastic sights and friendly locals.”
