Air One's integration with Alitalia

Early this year a process began in which Alitalia and Air One was acquired by the same
Italian company. Since then we have continued selling our Flight Pass with Air One within
Italy. Unfortunately we have been advised by them that Air One as such will no longer operate
in Italy and that with the integration it will become, just one airline which is Alitalia. There shall
be no more Air One ticket counters at Italian airports and Air One's three letter code 867 for
ticketing purposes shall be replaced by Alitalia's 055.
Therefore as from 01 August 2009 our agreement with Air One is no longer valid. We have been
assured by them that all passengers with already issues tickets before 01 August 2009 to fly
with our Flight Pass beyond that date shall be honored.

Change of Participating Companies & Airlines

As you may be aware some of our airlines will no longer participate in our Flight Pass
program for reasons out of our control.  With regrets we have to advise you that the following
companies and airlines will no longer participate:
Eurostar as from April 1st.2009
Aigle Azur as from immediately
Croatia Airlines as from March 31 st. 2009.
Please note some changes apply for bookings with Brussels Airlines as from immediately.
Good news is,  that we have been advised by Air One that although they are now part of the
Alitalia owners, they will remain operating as a sole entity with their own ticket counters and
personnel. So Air One will remain in the Flight Pass even though Alitalia airplanes will be
used occasionally.

Companies withdrawing from our Flight Pass:

Eurostar (9F). The British consortium which runs Eurostar has appointed with exclusvity the
US company Rail Europe as sole representative for The Americas. This unfortunately has obliged
us to write off this company from our Flight Pass. Last date of ticket issue 01 April 2009.
All sales made before this date will be honoured for 120 days. So finishing time for Eurostar
for acceptance of our passengers is 01 August 2009.

Croatia Airlines (OU). Their changing from physical to E-Tickets has been the main reason
of their withdrawal from our Flight Pass program.  Last date of ticket issue for Croatia Airlines
is 31 March 2009 and last date of ticket acceptance of flight Passes for boarding is
30  June 2009.

Aigle Azur (ZI). They are not longer accepting our physical Flight Passes as from immediately .
Please let us know if you have any pending passengers ticketed on this airline so we can
arrange easy ongoing for them.

Companies remaining in our Flight Pass with some changes:

Brussels Airlines (SN). We have been advised by them that their Reservation Robot will no
longer accept regular ticket entries as from immediately.  Only E-tickets will be accepted
as entries by this carrier.  Please forward any reservations made with EuropebyAir ticket
numbers to us Operations: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   after done, to my attention so we
can handle it accordingly.

Air One (AP). As you all know Air One has been purchased by the same company which
has bought Alitalia. So there is a working synergy going on now between both carriers.
However Air One will operate as its own entity with ticket counters and personnel. Some
times you will see that Air One routes are operated by an Alitalia aircraft for Air One.
This is completely right and in order.
