Most of our cruise line and touring partners have suspended operations in various destinations. Our team has been contacting all passengers affected and compiling a list of brands affected to update on Travelinfo.

Please know how much we appreciate your support and understanding, and we want you to know that during this difficult time we are here for you and doing everything we can to work through this together.

TOURING / LAND

Due to travel restrictions and in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, all three of the touring brands that we represent have now suspended tours until at least 31 July 2020. All affected clients will be offered a future travel credit. Here is a summary of their updated policies:

Back-Road Touring

  • Cancelled tour bookings within cancellation period (fully paid) and out of cancellation (funds on file), will be refunded with a 100% travel credit, plus $300 (AUD), redeemable until 31 Dec '21.
  • Trips suspended until 30 September 2020.
  • Ask our team for more information about the ‘pay now and save’ option for any deposited bookings.

G-Adventures

  • Fully paid trips will be refunded with a future travel credit equal to 110% of the value your clients paid for their trip. Lifetime deposits will be retained on any deposited bookings.
  • The future travel credit can be applied to any G Adventures trip departing up to 2 years from the original trip’s departure month.

Topdeck

  • Cancelled tour bookings within cancellation period (fully paid) and out of cancellation (funds on file), will be refunded with a 100% travel credit, plus $100 (AUD), redeemable until 31 Dec '21.

CRUISING

Due to travel restrictions and in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, cruise lines have suspended operations. Each cruise line has different terms in place, with all offering a Future Cruise Credit. Here is a summary of their updated policies:

Costa Cruises

  • Bookings until 30 Jun '20 can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure, and will receive a Future Cruise Credit to the value of the booking.
  • Cruises cancelled by Costa will receive a future cruise credit plus on board credit of up to €200.

Holland America Line

Guests with impacted cruises cancelled will receive a Future Cruise Credit per person as follows:

  • Not Paid in Full: those guests with bookings not paid in full will receive a Future Cruise Credit of double the amount of the deposit. The minimum Future Cruise Credit is $100 and the maximum will be an amount up to the base cost of the cruise fare per person. For example, a $200 deposit receives a $400 credit.
  • Paid in Full: those guests paid in full will receive 125% Future Cruise Credit of the base cruise fare paid to Holland America Line.
  • The Future Cruise Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used to book sailings departing through Dec. 31, 2022. The sum of non-cruise purchases, at the guest’s request, can be transferred to a new booking or will automatically be refunded via the method of payment used to purchase the services.

Hurtigruten

  • Norwegian coastal operations are suspended until 15 Jun’20 and specific expedition voyages until Sep’20.
  • Clients can also opt to rebook their voyage until 30 Sep'20 without incurring any penalties, and will then receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit plus 10% discount on their future cruise.

Norwegian Cruise Line

  • Clients booked to sail by 30 Nov’20 may cancel their cruise within 48 hours of departure and will receive a 100% future cruise credit (FCC), to be used for sailings by 31 Dec’22. The new booking must be made within one year of the cancellation date.

Oceania Cruises

  • Clients booked to sail by 30 Sep'20 (or by 26 Oct’20 on Insignia) voyages have been cancelled and paid in full, clients will receive a future cruise credit worth 125% of their original cruise.
  • If clients’ cruises are under deposit, they’ll receive a 100% Future cruise credit. Future Cruise Credits need to be booked by 17 June 2021, for sailings by 31 Dec'22.

Ponant

  • Clients have been contacted for any suspended or cancelled voyages. Clients will be offered a Future Cruise Credit which can be used for a period of 24 months from the original cruising date.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

  • Cruises until 11 Apr'20 have been cancelled. All guests on impacted voyages will receive a 125% refund of the fare paid in the form of a Future Cruise Credit, which can be applied toward any future cruise by 31 December 2022.
  • Guests will also be able to opt for a 100% refund of the fare paid, reimbursed to the original form of payment within 90 days of receiving the request

Royal Caribbean International

  • Voyages until 31 Jul’20 have been cancelled.
  • Various options, terms and conditions apply depending on the lead time of their departure date and monies received already. Please contact out team for specific details.
